Marcel's career prior to LJ Hooker Commercial included key positions at Colliers International and Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he honed his skills in the commercial property sector.

The business was divested in 2022.

Marcel now focuses on identifying and acquiring high quality functional commercial & industrial assets.
